Generally, production time takes a maximum of 2 weeks and our express shipping service provided by SF Express require 1 week’s time. Without unforeseen circumstances, your product will be delivered to you within 3 weeks. For more information, please visit our “Shipping & Returns” policy.

Note: For Tesla vehicles equipped with the cold weather package, the heated steering wheel functionality will not be retained.

Core Exchange Policy: When purchasing our products, customers are required to pay a Core Exchange Deposit which will be refunded once we’ve received your factory steering wheel. Please ensure you select this option prior to checking out.

Upon delivery of your new custom steering wheel, you will have up to 3 weeks to ship your factory steering wheel to us. Otherwise, we will assume you have decided to keep your original steering wheel and agree to forfeit the Core Exchange Deposit.
